Ana Mealing
I completed by Bachelor Degree at Queensland University of Technology in 2000. These days it’s known as a Bachelor of Justice. I majored in Legal and Public Policy, as well as Criminology.
I worked in the public service (Federal) for 7 years. In that time I spent several years working as a financial investigator, focusing on companies, trusts and real estate.
Since I first joined Seedat Accounting in 2010, I have seen this firm grow exponentially over the last few years. It has been an exciting journey.
I have a wide and varied role at Seedat Accounting, from managing the staff and internal workings of the business, to a variety of specialist services.
I help our clients manage their complex business structures, regularly establish new entities (companies, trusts, partnerships, etc), manage companies and their changes through ASIC, organise changes within trust structures, and register business names. I have even managed the process of business purchases and company takeovers, including all of the documentation required in this complex process.
